contacts issue

Everytime i save a new contact it is no longer appearing on my contact list on my iphone - however when i dial the number and the line starts calling the contact name comes up on screen. It is probably a simple reason but it is very frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.:confused:

try rebooting. if that doesn't work restore the software.

Try a reset all settings before restoring it, could just be a rendering bug.
