    Hows it going all?

I've been reading abit about track cycling lately and it sounds like a blast. With the repairs to the Sundrive track now finished I was wondering if there are any beginners training sessions there and do you have to have a track bike already?

    Cheers

Check-out www.trackcycling.ie for details of accreditation sessions - I don't think they have any coming up, but if enough people show interest theyt may do one on a Saturday morning (weather premitting - it need's to be completely dry, so they would not do anything with the weather as it currently is)

    Hire-bikes are available

There are a number of threads here about this - just try searching for "Sundrive"

Cheers Beasty. I checked out the website alright but couldn't find anything about beginners at the moment. I'll keep my eyes peeled.
