    :mad:This is a warning so you don't get burnt like I have (I think). After reading the thread below contributed by Chocoholic84, I decided to place an order with 123optics.com

    Since placing the order on December 1st, I've not got any email from them but they've taken my money. Their website states order despatched since December 3rd but packages within Europe doesn't take 2wks and I'm getting suspicious.

    I've sent numerous emails, no response. I'm giving them another few days before I raise it up with my Credit Card company. Hopefully, I get my money back. How did I fall for scammers posing as Belgian Opticians? I blame Chocoholic84 for endorsing them!:mad:

    That is exactly the issue. I ordered items from Holland and Barret online on Nov 26th and am still waiting for them!

    Kind of unfair to blame Chocoholic84 s(he) can only give their endorsement based on their experience of shopping with them. I placed an order with a well known cd/cosmetic online company on 12 th November, ordered 4 items,have received 3...this one glitch wouldnt put me off them though, it happens and the snow definitely didnt help! They are organising to courier the missing item to me any day now!

    Having said that, they obviously should have responded to your emails, good luck hope you get it sorted

    By the way I use monthly disposables, only €75 for 12 pairs with Specsavers online

    Get 32 contact lenses for €5.99 delivered. They're the cheapest anywhere and I always buy from them. I didn't buy the last time cos I needed coloured ones.

    I take my word back cos I finally received the items. The delay was not caused by the weather cos my order was placed way before the 2nd batch of snow arrived. Nevermind, they finally replied to my mail after I sent them a link to my post so they know I meant business.

    The bottomline is, my products arrived but was very slow and so was their email response. Thanks guys!
