Are banks closed for the week from xmas to the following week to the 2nd ? Or would they be open on the 29, 30, 31?

They're open on Thursday the 30th and Friday 31st, and it's normal hours as far as I know.

Ulster Bank,

Closed 12:30 on the 24th.

re-opens on the 30th and 31st 9:30 till 4:30.

Re-opens the 3rd of jan as normal.

Update. UB is closed on the 3rd. Baco open on the 4th.
