Christmas pudding ice-cream

I had this at a friend's house during the year and loved it. I only like a tiny piece of christmas pud as its so heavy but I found the vanilla ice-cream with it was gorgeous. As far as I remember she recommended buying good plain vanilla ice-cream - softening it - stirring in a small cooked plum pudding and refreezing.…
