Hi Guys - wondering if anyone can let me know (a) after the 10 days allocated to appeal a circuit court judges decision can you apply for an extension.? (b) if so is there a time limit on the extension? (c) Is there a penalty when you apply for the extension and if so how much? Thanks in advance, Nebuchad
