Accident Merrion Road/Elmpark

Saw a cyclist lying on the pavement at the Elmpark lights on the Merrion Road this AM around 8.30. Surrounded by a few cyclists who looked like they had the situation in hand. Hope they are OK. Still ice in the gutters and bike lanes. Take it handy folks.
