15' Laptop - €600 ish

Looking for advice re a new laptop.

Would mostly be using it for internet and streaming video. I work quite a bit online. So main priority for a laptop is something that can handle 10-15 web tabs without any problems.
Would store movies and music and would like to connect it to tv (for programmes, films).
Gaming would be minimal, if any.

Not big expert on laptops but should I make the processor my priority for my needs?
If so would an I-3 processor be the one to look for? Or would an I-5 with lower RAM be more advisable (even if it was slightly more €€). Could always install more RAM later.

Battery life is not too important.
    Looks not either.
    15' screen preferred.

Budget is €600 ish. Comments or suggestions very welcome!

    Thanks.

If you are getting a dell make sure you head to the bargains forum here and get a discount code. Should save 10% or so. I know I saved 15% when I bought my Dell Studio.

Argos have a 15" with an AMD Quadcore, 3gb DDR3 RAM, a dedicated ATI gfx card and 320gb HDD for €599. Looks like a pretty good deal.
It's either an Asus or an Acer, can't remember the exact sapecs/model.
Their site seems to be down atm so can't link it. it's listed as being €249 off the original price in the December special prices catalog thing.

    Hi all......

Where do I find the Bargains Forum? I had a search around but couldn't find a link.

I'm considering a new Dell in the new year.

    Cheers,

    John.
