I got a galaxy s a few days ago, loving it so far but there's one thing that's been bugging me.. video streams are just terrible. I tried to watch some football on it and it was laggy as hell, same went for a few other streams I tried watching, live or prerecorded vodcasts. i'm opening them in the default browser that came with the phone, and I'm running 2.2.
Is there a specific program I should use for these kinda things? and just plug the url of the stream into that program, or is the phone just not able to that kind of streaming.

    --edit

well, found sometime myself.. the skyfire browser seems to work pretty well

    any other suggestions then?

I usually get a message popping up on flashplayer videos saying "not optimized for mobile", so the bitrate is probably too high or something, mostly not super smooth but they're fine.
Ones on Youtube and Vimeo play smoothly.
