How do I connect this amplifier to an aerial?

Ordered this amplifier (image link below - click picture to enlarge) over the 'phone. It arrived yesterday but I cannot see how to connect aerial lead and RF lead to input and output. Anyone any ideas how this is done? Any help greatly appreciated.

Cut the aerial cable at least 1.2m / 4' away from aerial, ideally in attic.
Put an F-Connecot on both cut ends.

The twist on kind have two different sizes, thin coax and quality TV/satellite weight coax.

Costs more and lower quality. The "ordinary" aerial plugs are rubbish compared to "F-connectors"

Also the amplifier needs to go at Aerial end of cable, NOT at TV set end.

So you DO have to cut the cable and fit two new connectors.

Don't - just follow this and put new connectors directly on the cable
