Where to practice piano?

My sister is coming to visit me for a couple of weeks during the holidays, and when she returns to France she has a piano audition, so she really has to practice while she's here. Where can one go to practice on a piano in Dublin? Or failing that, rent a synth? She's no beginner, she plays pretty fancy Rachmaninoff-type stuff, she's in college studying to become an accompanist.
