transfering movies & pictures from iphone 4 to pc

    sorry if this has been asked already but is there any way to record movies/take photos on the iphone 4 and move them to your pc without itunes or needing to upload them to something like photobucket/facebook/youtube etc?

    Yeah connect it and go to my computer, click on apple then 100dcim
    All pics and videos should be there
