In September McDonalds advertised print out breakfast vouchers on this website. They are supposingly valid until the 31st of December 2010 however management at McDonalds in Dunlaoghaire no longer accept them. Is this right?

"Participating Outlets only" is the key here. If the individual restaurant decides they are not accepting them, there is nothing you can do.

A lot of the time the franchised stores dont accept the vouchers whereas the head offices do.

What do the T&Cs of the voucher say? If it says "participating store only", then yes, an individual store can refuse to honour the voucher.
