Cheapest Phone that supports tethering over bluetooth

Im interested in getting an Archos 43 android tablet. Unfortunately it doesn't have a 3g modem but it does support tethering over bluetooth.. Would a Nokia 6303 support this? Is it a pretty standard bluetooth service? Thanks
