Hyperlinks instead of Pictures?

    Hope someone can help me -

    have noticed that in picture threads, the pictures come up as a hyperlink that i have to click on to view, whereas when im in work on my work pc (tut,tut) the same pictures are embedded in the thread, so i can just scroll down rather than click on every link..

    any ideas on what settings i need to change to view embedded pics?
