Any paint shop that mixes paint should be able to supply it,you should be able to get a sample mixed for a couple of euro before you decide if its the proper colour or not

That's the colour my kitchen walls are painted! It's Farrow and Ball Light Blue. I love it!!!

ETA I just showed DH the picture and said "What do you notice about that room?" and he said "they've the same GREEN colour on the wall as us". He's insistant the walls are green.

I'd say it's a greeny blue as opposed to blue gray.
Ideal Home mag never use Colour Trend paints (prob becasue it's an irish brand), it's more than likely a farrow and ball shade.
Colour trend have literally about 1000 shades tho so if you pick up the colour charts you'll find one just like it.
