looking for a metal fabricator to build a custom front bumper for navara

Hi all, i'm looking for a metal fabricator who has access to a pipe bender to build a custom front bumper for a nissan navara like the one in this picture. would be 2" pipe .120" wall thickness (or metric equivalent)

Bumper is a fully bolt-on unit and is a direct replacement for the factory unit. Our bumper features two center mounted light tabs. This heavy duty bumper is built from 2" x .120" wall tubing for maximum strength and mounts directly to the factory mounting points. The 1/8" Aluminum skid plate is included with the bumper as well as our replacement fiberglass grill insert. Kit comes complete with corresponding hardware. Bumper is sandblasted and fully powder-coated for excellent corrosion resistance.

keep in mind , if you build it yourself It will not be road legal as these things have to have an 'E' mark on them now

great advise, never thought of that, if i import it from the US i wonder if it would come with a e mark certification, i doubt it as some of the higher bullbars are not emarked

Also keep in mind that because it's a one star car, rather than the plastic deforming in an accident, this tubing will just push straight back and potentially cause premature damage to the crumple zones.

I surley thought you made a mistake in saying 1 star.. I checked it on the euro ncap site. Your right...:eek::eek::eek:.

Btw that bumper looks brutal..

they have issued a recall on the airbag sensor improving the time delay bumping it up to 3 star frontal impact and it always was 4 star side impact, so not too bad that is also for the new d40, there is not a rating out there for a d22.

A lot of places no longer sell bullbars because of the regulations but winch and plain bumpers a lot better looking than that are widely available in the UK. There's also a Navara forum where the same question has been asked but you have to log in to see it.

The nicest is the Aussie ARB bumper but is very spendy.
