Hi im just wondering if anyone has ever had any personal first hand experience of dealing with the Labour Rights Commissioner regarding an unfair dismissals claim; as I have a 'hearing' early next year with the Labour Rights Commissioner(LRC) regarding a recent unfair dismissals claim I made against a previous employer, any advice would be greatly appreciated as I've never been in this situation before . Thanks :)

Surely you're using a solicitor who has some experience appearing on behalf of clients with this agency?

In any cases I've seen, a union rep has attended the hearing with the claimant.

Even if it goes in your favour, the employer is not legally bound by the decision.
