OK where to start, im one of many that is not happy with her body, im out of a 8year relashionship a year now, and the thoughts of being intimate with another person is daunting, i admit i do look good on the outside but underneath is another story lol.
i breastfed for 2years straight and lost the pounds but im left with a few wrinkles on my tum from loosing the weight, that and slippers for boobs wen im not supported!!

dont get me wrong im not full of myself and i know theres worse people out there than me, and feel for them too, i kind of feel stupid posting this but i do really need a bit of help/confidence to see if there is anyone on this with the same problem??

im seeing this new guy, and its really holding me back, he compliments me physically, but i feel like saying 'ha yeah not underneath these clothes'

just really would like to know of anyone in the same position and wonder if some guys dont mind stuff like that, sorry for the long post!!

I would be inclined to say that as you grow to love somebody, their body shape matters less.

If you're really uncomfortable about getting intimate with him, maybe consider developing a taste for erotic lingerie. Something like a body that provides support and access. Over time it'll matter less as you get more comfortable with him...

thanks cdaly_, i have got sum somewhat erotic bodysuits, that make me feel really good, just hoping he doesnt try and take it off first time lol

i think im just afraid of rejection for if it ever does reach that point where i feel comfortable enough to go nude!! i have made it very clear that im not into just jumping into bed, i prefer to get to know him first, well fingers crossed

i have considered cosmetic surgery, although i feel im still too young to go down that road just yet, as i do plan on having more children someday.

maybe some dim lighting or candles mite help lol

Someone who really loves YOU will not be put off by the odd imperfection. I've suffered from Psoriasis all my life, sometimes I've had very extreme outbreaks where most of my body (including my face) was covered in red scaly patches. I learned early on that guys who were put off by that weren't worth bothering with and that the ones who were worthwhile tended not to even notice.

Being comfortable in your own skin is important, nobody is perfect. The sexiest thing anyone can wear is self-confidence.

Oh, and men can be just as (if not more) self conscious about their physical imperfections/variety as women.

i know its true if they only see ur imperfection first they definaetly not worth the time, fair play to you squiggler, i admire your confidence!!

i will have to be happy with what ive got, at the end of the day i hav a beautiful little girl to show from my imperfections, and cant say i'd trade her for a 'perfect body',

im liking that quote btw 'The sexiest thing anyone can wear is self-confidence'

thanks guys feel alot better now :)

He compliments you physically, then most likely you've got no problems! (just need to build your confidence).
Sure go for a sexy bra (but with good support) and the romantic / dim lighting.

He knows you're a mum, he's not expecting a perfect body.

Mention to him you're not as confident about your body as you were before you had the baby.
Watch him fall over himself complimenting & reassuring you.

Say you wanna do it in the dark, he's not gonna say no ;)
