Happens alot with exhausts and its an easy fix, how well its done is up to you,if it just surface rust you can follow the "How to polish a header" walkthrough here, some great info on there http://www.honda-tech.com/showthread.php?t=1563439

100,600,1200 grit sand paper and some metal polish!
