Is a 2 tier euro a good idea? What I mean is, should there be two euro currencies one for the countries in the top "league" who are doing well and another for the bottom league who aren't doing too well?

The whole point of the euro is like a big 170million people strong marriage who have all promised "til' death do us part", and then there's the economic consequences....
