    Hey Guys,

I bought a new car from a car company in dublin. It was a descent price and the car was in great nick inside and out, about 8 weeks into the having it i noticed a leak from the engine, when i got my mate to look at it, he said it looks like the head gasket is gone on the car, when i brought it back then to show them, they took the car in and gave me a replacement car for a whole week, when i collected the car it looked like everything was greand until 5 weeks later the same issue, but this time worse. I have now sent it back and still after 3 weeks its not fixed, everytime i ring up i get an excuse that they had to look after another car, i have been very calm about it but the last week i have been told so many lies its furstrating me.

Has anyone had this problem before or have any solutions what i can do!!

It is too easy to be fobbed off on the phone. You need to go into the garage and speak with the general manager. Be firm but polite and keep your cool.
