Entourage - mail stuck problem

Can't get email again this morning, mail keeps getting stuck in Entourage, it could be a big file somebody is sending me but i've no idea if that's the problem as I wasn't expecting anything. Does anyone know a cure for this problem? tks DM

Access your email via your webmail link and delete the offending file. (Ask your ISP if you don't know how.)
