Trying to do my first payment into my waterhouse account by visa debit. put in all the info and comes up that they cant verify my card and to ring them. Is this a regular occurance with them or a bank issue?

I think he means he logged into his bank account and sent money to his TDW account.

You should be able to find instructions under payment and transfers, if you can't, just email them and they'll send you the bank details. I usually just pop into the bank and give them the details, they put the transfer through, takes a few minutes.

I lodge CASH into their Dublin Ulster Bank yet they're slow as Christmas to put that Cash into my TD Account.
How hard can it be that it can take 3-4 days? Seriously?

Watch out for their FX charges too.
They charge 1.75% on top of the base xchange rate. Seems a bit much to me but I can't really compare to anyone else - I tried ringing up Davey's and some useless girl couldn't even tell me what they charge over the base.
    Major face palm.

To the best of my knowledge they dont charge for FX, could be wrong though.
