Mountain Biking in Canaries?

Hey all, I've got a holiday booked for the end of January in La Palma for a week, and was wondering if anybody has done any mountain biking there before? Or for that matter, any outdoor pursuits in that part of the world? Am not into scuba diving, as I can't swim, before anybody suggests it! Thanks in advance. Regards, Alan

Sorry I don't have an answer. I've only done around Ireland.
But I think you should try asking in the cycling section. Good few MTB lads there
