Got this about 3 years ago, haven't used it once. It's a p90 with a mag full of yellow pellets (Spot the newbie who doesn't know the names eh?), it has a battery, but no charger. 30 quid anyone?

Gonna go with Manifesto if that's okay guys, posting is just mental in this country. I posted a CD player to a guy a could of weeks back and it cost me nearly 20 Euro.

Send me a PM whenever you want with your contact details Manifesto!

So are you saying you are declining my offer of asking price because you have to post? Just so we are clear as per charter rules etc.

As per this post in the Charter :
    http://boards.ie/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=65264584&postcount=20

I'm under no obligation to post if I don't want to. Same goes for Adverts.ie. It's my p90, I choose who I sell it to.

Just to add to Andy's post.. you didn't stipulate that you would prefer not to post the item before the situation arose so your claim is invalid.

NinjaLmk is first in line here under the rules.

After reading through this forum's charter at length, I see nothing which says that I must state in my original advert that I'm not willing to post. It does say that a buyer can ask me to post it, but that I'm under no obligation to do so.

Consequently, I've lost interest in selling it. I'm not going to be bullied into posting something I don't want to post. I'd rather it gather dust under the stairs.

Also, to clarify, NinjaLmk was only willing to deal subject to photos, and make of the battery, whereas Manifesto was happy to deal as is.
