Wilson fg62 forged blades (brand new)
    R9 superdeep driver 9.5 project x shaft
    R9 3w same shaft
    R9 rescue same shaft
    Wilsons staff tour bag
Taylor made KIA ma putter daytime

    All gleaming new... Dirtbags.
Insurance will cover it I hope, but everything was custom fitted and all the insurance go on is just rrp in a golf shop! Nothing about the shafts in the woods costing 180e each!!

Hope they were locked in the boot of the car, if not dont expect an easy ride with the insurance company, at least that was my experience when mine were stolen a few years back.

Sorry to hear that Gorfield. If it was a TV or something, you could live with it but golf clubs are so personal and doubly so if they were custom fitted. Scumbags. You'd like to think that at a range amoung fellow golfers they'd be safe enough but unfortunatly that wasnt the case. Any CCTV in the car park to go on?

Fecking disgraceful the scum that's knocking around, sorry to hear about the theft and the quality gear involved.

Granted it's not a great idea leaving clubs out of sight for two mins but you see this at every golf club, people will leave their gear near the proshop/first tee while their either change their clothes/shoes in the changing room. Can you not even input your score into the computer after a round without either locking the clubs away in the car or bringing them into the locker room with you anymore? Disgraceful what the world is coming to.

Thats a f**cking nightmare. Any CCTV cameras around there?

I'd love to hit a driver from 10 yards at the guys that would do something like that...

that is an absolute balls of a thing to happen. Scumbags.

I have a few spare irons / drivers / bag here if need a loan until you get sorted.

It was probably one of those scumbags on a cheap distance membership at Slievenamon or Ballinlough Castle or somewhere like that

Hope you get sorted quickly with the insurance mate.

Yeh, they probably need a spare set for the one they've managed to accumulate over the course of 2010 by raping prize tables from open team competitions.

Lol didn't take long to get a bite! Let's leave it there and not hijack the thread. Sad story OP, hope you end up playing better than ever with new clubs next year.

Thanks guys, insurance called me today and there's a cheque on the way, to be fair they handled it well and quickly, although the payout won't touch the sides of the replacement costs!
