Puffa Puffa Rice

    I was watching that 'Foods That Make Billions' show the other day about breakfast cereal and it reminded me of my favourite cereal from my childhood, Puffa Puffa Rice. I know it was withdrawn and decided see if I could find anything online about why. However, every page I came across says that it was withdrawn around 1975, and I distinctly remember buying it for myself and paying for it out of my own pocket money, something that wouldn't have happened when I was 4. So

    1. I'm mistaking Puffa Puffa Rice for some other similar cereal that was around during the early 80s and then abruptly stopped.
    2. Dunnes Stores continued selling this cereal 5-6 years after it was taken off the shelves.
    3. The internet is wrong.
    4. The internet is right, but is talking about the US version of Puffa Puffa Rice, and the UK version went on much longer.

    So, does anybody remember Puffa Puffa Rice and in particular remember eating it in the 80s?
