Navan To Blanchardstown

    Hi guys,

    Hope i have the right forum, just wondering has any1 driven from Navan to Blanchardstown today, on either the N3 or M3? What are the roads like? Very nervous driver :rolleyes:
    We have been stuck in navan for over a week now, and need to do some retail shopping - going stir crazy lol!

    the M3 will be fine as long as you don't go too early. leave it till after 9-10am to give the gritters and a little bit of sunshine to do any melting on the main carriageway and you should be fine.

    i was giving out stink after the first snow we had because it wasn't gritted, but they've been doing a great job of keeping it as clear as possible since then.

    i'd steer clear of the N3 though if I were you as its still snowy/icy in patches and its not worth taking the risk if you ask me.
