DOCUMENTARY: The Day John Lennon Died
    On: UTV (103)
Date: Saturday 11th December 2010 (starting in 4 days)
Time: 22:00 to 23:15 (1 hour and 15 minutes long)

Documentary commemorating the 30th anniversary of John Lennon's death on December 8th 1980. The film retraces John's steps on the day leading up to his murder through interviews with those who came into contact with him, including the fan who was to take the famous photograph of John with his killer, the radio host to whom he gave his last interview and the doctor who battled to save his life. John's widow Yoko Ono speaks movingly about their life together with their son Sean, how John changed from a macho man into a househusband and the events of that last terrible day. The programme also looks at how John's death affected those who knew and loved him and how the former Beatle continues to influence the world today. Narrated by Paul McGann.
