    Another one!

    My wife's car is registed in my name, she was caught speeding on 2 consecutive days. We received the two notices but sent them back after the 28 day period (Stoopid I know). I am now being told I cannot nominate her.

    I drive for a living and have 4 points allready. So if anyone here has any insight can they let me know if I'm better off;

    a) Just paying the fines and taking the 4 points myself (and be very good for a long time)

    b) Wait for the summons's, go to court and ask the Judge to re-allocate the points to my wife (is this possible?)

    Thanks in advance

    B

    personally i wouldn't take the points myself. if the only option is to go to court at this stage then that's what i would do personally.
