Problematic Skin

    Hey Girls,

    I need help!! Im 21 and always had problematic skin... sooo sick of it! its the bain of my life! Its perfect for a couple of months and then just goes crazy.. I think its the weather and sitting beside heaters to keep warm at my desk!

    Can you advise me on any good skin care products or things i could do/eat to improve my skin.

    Any suggestions would really be appreciated!

    Not a lady:o but was in a similar situation i find avoiding white bread and sticking with wholegrains helps me , and avoiding soft drinks and sweets with loads of processed sugar like jellies etc.
    A facial scrub once a week helped me too:D

    Thanks for the advice i think you might actually have cracked it.. I usually dont eat white bread or at least havnt bought any for a while but because its winter iv been muching on white bread alot more and it think that prob whats wrong! THanks :D

    And whats Pl? only new to boards..

    I feel your pain!I read somewhere revently about putting a clean towel on your pillow every night and I tried it and it actually works pretty well! Much improvement. :)
