Hey guys, i purchased a TM VSR 10 G-Spec and was wondering options for upgrading. If i'm correct they seem to be putting out circa 290 FPS stock and was wondering what would be needed to achieve around 320 FPS or so? Am a newbie so not up to scratch technically with these. Also would fitting a smaller inner bore barrel achieve greater accuracy.? How much would these upgrades be likely to set you back as i'm very happy with it but just wondering would the effectiveness versus the cost of these upgrades be justified. I know that 328 FPS is the limit. Cheers in advance.

The TM VSR10 is one of the best out of the box rifles, no need to upgrade it imo, the range you can achieve from that is unreal sometimes.

You could get a new hop (prommy), tight-bore barrel or TK-twist barrel, Laylax spring guides and pistons, sear sets, there's quite a few things, but the don't come cheap!

Yeah its really whether spending that kind of money is justified for only 10% increase in output. Probably not! Cheers for the advice Lefty.

Looked intot he TK twisted barrel there and just wondering whether anyone here had used one and had they noticed any increased accuracy or distance? Also can they be used on a stock vsr or would it have to be up graded to around the 325 mark to make proper use of the barrel?
