Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    JANUARY 4th
    Noel Britten
The SIM will host Noel's lecture that evening at 8pm. All are welcome. A previous winner of the Carlton Award for comedy from The Magic Circle in London he was also featured as MAGIC magazine’s cover story for March 2009. A superb magician, one of the best emcee in the business and the originator of one of the UK’s top tourist attractions Bizarre Bath it is fair to say Noel is quite simply one of the best acts working today. Noel seldom lectures but when he does it is highly anticipated, often controversial and always enthralling. The lecture takes place for the SIM at 8pm on the Tuesday 4th January in Cassidy’s Hotel, Cavendish Row, Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin 1. The lecture is free to paid up members of the SIM. Non-member bone-fide magicians cost is €15.
