GHD fault

    I have a faulty GHD, cuts out intermittently yet when i brought it back to store it worked fine. this could keep happening, should i get on directly to GHD in the uk?? Also is peter marks still the best place to buy a new one at the moment??

    If it's an intermittent fault then they're not going to be able to check it in front of you. Bring it back to the shop, and they will have to deal with it. Probably they'll send it back to GHD to be tested.

    You can choose to deal with GHD directly if you wish, but it's not really necessary.

    Those things actually turn themselves off if not used fpr a period of time, could it be that?

    If it's not, go back to the shop.
