Casting in concrete - advice needed

Hi, does anyone know how to cast a ceramic sculpture in concrete,and where to get the materials? It's only a small ornate plant-pot I made in my spare time, but it's quite detailed and will have to be a fairly delicate job. (I used to do stuff like that in art college, but it's a long, long time ago.) Thanks in advance
