Do people set the date on their watches, I have a fair few watches and don't have the same one on my wrist for more than a couple of days so never bothered with the date, always considered it an unneeded complication, watches are for the time and calenders are for the date

    amirite ?

I dont have any watches with a date. I consider it an affectation. :P:D TBH when I have had a date on one I very rarely used it.

they are a pain in the proverbials, especially if you have a few omega f300s.

I have to say that Lange date is nice. It makes a feature of the feature so to speak. To my eye most date windows look jammed in on the dial as an after thought. I also have a soft spot for the engineering behind date on the IWC DaVinci.
