    hi all,

As its coming up to the season of liquer coffees and the like :D just wondering if anyone had any good receipes/tips for making Irish/Baileys/Kahlua coffees using a nespresso machine?

I have the latissima machine, which can make cappucinos/lattes also, it has the milk frother.

Better to put the booze in first? half way through? at the end?

the way I make any of these alcoholic drinks is using a lungo shot. But if you want it stronger a double shot of espresso would work just as well. Lungo is basically 1 part coffee 1 part water. The water passes through the first grind twice though so a little more bitter.

add in a couple of shots of your favourite alcohol. I find whiskey or baileys work well but lets be fair this is a personal thing.

top with whipped cream and shards of chocolate.

    enjoy.

ps its only 10.14am and i would love an Irish coffee. thats normal right? :D

I'm just now drinking my first coffee of the day but strongly considering making the second one a baileys cappuccino :D
