Ice skating rinks/need of!

    Ireland is in dire need of permanent ice skating rinks! come on like one in dundalk and one in belfast? thats not enough! what about us who want to play ice hockey? figure skate? speed skate? or just want to get fit? The seasonal ice rinks are grand, but the ice is often of poor quality and way to over crowded and usually with terrible rental skates!

    I think there should be a rink in each of the major cities around the country ie

    Cork
    Dublin
    Limerick
    Galway
    Belfast

    This would be a great business venture for anyone who has an entrepreneurial head on them!

    any thoughts or ways to improve this situation, throw them down!

    The one Dundalk is doing so well! ;) Still closed as far as I know There was once two in Dublin all be it badly run and full of scum!!

    Would love to see one here full time would even break the Hockey skates out of storage!
