Referencing UN Convetion on the Rights of the Child? Harvard Referencing style?

    Hey, I'm having a problem with some referencing.

    I'm after talking about Article 31 or the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child in an essay but I can't work ouy how to reference it. I have the UL Cite it Right guide book but I'm still really really confused. Could anyone tell me how to reference this in the text and in the reference list?
