    Hi there,

    Just a quick question!

In order for a person to be the head of a residents committee, must they legally be registered on the Title Deeds of their house in order for them to take that position?

    Thanks in advance.

No. A residents committee is a nothing group. It has no powers at all. Its purely an informal group looking after their estate.

Therefore anybody can be any member of any residents committee.
