I know some of you just ring up anytime and get this deal by telling them you have a voucher blah blah blah, this works blah blah.

Pizza hut were doing the exact same deal for 10 Euro last week. Not sure if it is still running.

It's on the dominos.ie site so seems it's available everywhere.

not sure if you guys want to chance it but we got a voucher in the door for Mizzoni with a deal for a 16.5'' pizza with 2 toppings for ten euro delivered. They didn't take the voucher at the door and its available 7 days a week..

otherwise, awesome deal for Dominos, ordered it a while ago and got the stuffed crust as part of the 11.95 :)

Also a 16.5" is 1.5times the size of a 13.5" (the largest dominos have is 13.5"), many people do not realise how much bigger they when they go up in size.

I do prefer dominos though. Tried to order there and it says the limit is 9 toppings which is pretty good -though I imagine they would give far less than usual.

They never let you order the 'Double Decadence' or 'Dominator' base on the website..

.. the option is there but it's disabled!

They often have an offer in dominos wexford - Any pizza any size €9.99. They were just doing it a couple weeks ago, probably will again soon

Really annoying since it's pointless getting Dominos without it, and sometimes when ya phone up they decide to be cheeky fcukers and say it's online only. Sigh.

Looking at the terms they say you can but will be extra, the computer website says no

The Double Decadence / Dominator bases do make the pizza taste twice as nice tbh!

I don't mind that it's extra.. but it's disabled when you click on the 'Budget Offer'. More often than not in my local, they don't charge for it anyways.

I rang them up and got a Large Pizza with Smokey Bacon, Tandoori Chicken & Sweetcorn, and a Double Decadence base for €11.99.

    Just finished it... fecking delish!

AFAIK Double decadance is only on mediums, the dominator is selectable on one other I tried, but not the cheap one.

EDIT, I was wrong, that was a UK site, says DD is medium and large, and dominator is only large.

Usually when ordering it's fine to add DD or Dominator but it never allows it on the deals, ya have to phone up and it's an extra Euro which is fine. I can eat a good 50% more when there's no dominator base, usually would finish a large no problem but would struggle to get past 6/10 slices with the dominator. And it's way nicer. :pac:

They don't do my favourite Pizza on the menu anymore so I have to get them to make it up every time.

    Americano

BBQ base, roasted chicken, pepperoni, onion and herbs

Try it folks, you won't look back

Alternatively for a real BA, here's my homemade pizza recipe and if I can make it ANYONE can...

1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

    1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

2 ¾ cups strong white flour

    2 tablespoons olive oil

    1 teaspoon salt

    2 teaspoons white sugar

1.In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.

2.In a large bowl, combine the strong flour, olive oil, salt, white sugar and the yeast mixture; stir well to combine. Beat well until a stiff dough has formed. Cover and rise until doubled in volume, about an hour. Meanwhile, preheat oven to 200 degrees C).

3.Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Form dough into a round and roll out into a pizza crust shape.

Once I have the pizza base ready I put it on a baking sheet (Aldi €1.99 for an oven sized sheet) before I put on the toppings etc so I can pop it all into the oven in one non-messy go.

Cover with your favorite sauce and toppings and bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 10-20 minutes.

As a sauce use either tomato puree or BBQ sauce, don’t forget oregano and a drizzle of olive oil over everything just before it goes in the oven.

The above will give you two ~10” pizzas.

I've ordered from Mizzoni's for years now, but they're reneging on their 'competitor voucher' thing when it suits them. The girlfriend went to order a 16" pizza using a voucher "Any size pizza for €10" and they refused saying competitors large pizzas are 13" or so. Emailed, and they confirmed it.

Turned me right off Mizzonis, so put in this order the other night, awesome stuff.

I was wondering why she didn't go for the extra extra large wagon wheel.

    From the site
    http://www.mizzoni.ie/conditions.php?storeid=10
    * We accept our main competitors vouchers
    * They are not valid after 1am, as per our general terms and conditions.
    * They are accepted on a like for like basis, please do not be upset if you are refused your voucher on a Wagon Wheel or Mega Wheel Pizza.
    * Some of our competitors have pizzas which are different sizes to ours, so like for like may not always be possible.

The 16" is €10 there now, with 2 toppings.

I'm always amused by the comments beside pizzas on many menus, like "large pizza -serves 5-6 people", maybe if you can perform miracles like jesus doling out the loaves and fishes.

The "meal for 3" from dominos is particularly hilarious. :pac:
