    hey guys,

i charged my m4 last night and stuck the battery in this morning, then fired a few rounds out the back, but it sounded like dryfire except even louder and more like a real gun

i check to make sure the mag was okay and it was fine, fully loaded, so i put it back in and tapped it on the side, then fired another few rounds,

then it got even worse, instead of bang bang bang it was buzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz like a bloody power tool

any1 have any ideas whats wrong with it?

on the bottom of the pistol grip there is a screw, using a flat blade screwdriver tighten it in small ammounts til the buzz stops and its shooting normally. if this does not help let us know

    Checked the fuse?
    The battery?
    Connectors?
    Wiring?

I think that's a hyperbola or paradox or whatever you call it (I've never been good at Engrish)

That sounds to me like stripped gears?

Same thing happend with my old m15a4 turns out all the gears got riped out on me some how. Check you gears to see if any teeth are missing that sounds like the problem.

Infact id nearly put money on it being the gears mate

    hmm...more specific....

well it started off as dryfire except more realistic and louder than the usual dryfire, like a real m4

then i checked the mag and retried and it went from dryfire to buzz, like a drill when you drill in a screw.. if u know what i mean

..ooh just found another guy with the exact same problem

"Hi guys, I have an old JG M4 which I just started firing again today. After the first couple of shots I heard a cranking sound and i could hear the spring almost like a grinding noise. After i started firing it again and I only heard the motor spining. Does this mean i probably have stripped my gears?"

thats exactly what happened to me,

so how much does a repair cost, how much do mia charge?

    thanks,
