could be robbers checking out houses for alarms etc etc using the leaflets as an excuse,be weary or contact the company on the leaflet

Depends what they're delivering. Is it a legit company or something of the "Nice lady do your ironing" variety ?

Bombing tends to be suspicious, regardless of the time

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Have seen them posting them out at this time often enough especially those dodgy looking clothes charity ones.

"Charity" leaflets and bags etc. tend to be dropped through letterboxes in the early hours. I'm often up between midnight and 7 o'clock and stuff like that is delivered.

you'll know for sure its suspicious if it makes a big bang, and the dogs start barking

should have stuck your head out n asked what the fcuk are you doing tbh. plenty of time for sweet charity once they're identified.. but to be poking about letterboxes past midnight is not on

There was a thread somewhere on boards not so long ago where the OP had come downstairs at half 3 or something in the morning and someone was putting a leaflet in the letterbox!
So there do seem to be some companies who deliver at night

    Calm down.
What you have here are immigrants working a few jobs. One of those is delivering leaflets at silly hours, so that they can keep their other job.

Don't want junk mail? Then buy one of those "no junk mail" stickers.
Mind you, it doesn't work for them bogus charity dicks. Nor does running after them and threatening to chop their toes off if they put one of those stickers in your letterbox again. It seems to be a different person every time.

No junk mail sign works for most of the crap we used to get. It didn't work for the "charity clothing". I cut off one of their stickers where it says :
" Clothes collection" and marked a red " X" through it and stuck it to the letter box - this actually worked. Some of the people who deliver these kind of things do not speak english so " No Junk Mail" means nothing to them.

OP we used to get them delivered between 4.00 - 4.30 am.

4.30am on a regular basis for the charity bag stickers coming through the letterbox. Keeps the dog on his toes.

They will mail them regardless - it's part of their training. They will tell you they don't understand english if you bring it to their attention.

Follow the fukker home and then about an hour after he's gone to bed, put the junkmail through his letterbox.

Be careful with this, I had mice come into the house once and my only explanation was they got posted in by some troglodyte!!
