Hi I've got a cold sore and I'm using Compeed patches. They're supposed to last 8 hours, have had the same one on for over 16hrs now and it's still on tight. Going to take it off and replace it with new one now but is it a good idea to let it breathe for a while before covering it up again or should I put the new patch on…

Hi
