im thinking of going over for this festival next july . Just wondering has anyone been before ? we were going top go for the saturday, is it woirth just going for the day, or do you need to go for the weekend to really enjoy it ? is it worth paying for the gransstand? if you are going , just for the day particularly, do you need to be there early to get a good spot? just , based on UK events i have been to, the 'anoraks' over there seem to arrive at the crack of dawn, and grab the best spots . All advice and tips welcomed

It's a great show, I wouldn't really bother with the grandstand tbh, there's loads to see around the place. You don't have to be there too early but it helps as regards parking etc. To get the best out of it i'd go to for the weekend and try and go to the dinner dance on the Saturday night too if you're well connected, it's well worth it.
