id advise you to spell advice with a "c" instead of an " s " . ha ha. but seriously, it is a nice town, ive been down there for a weekend. killarney is about 40 mins away with farranfore airport between the 2 towns. plenty of pubs and restaurants down there, and with the IT down there aswell, id imagine there are plenty of things for students to do.

By good/bad areas do you mean places to live?

The traditionally "rough" parts of town are Shanakhill and Mitchell's Crescent.

Hey davylee, Im from Tralee town. Your van would be safe here http://kingscourtapartments.com/

Im guessing your doing carpentry? I just came out of my last phase few months ago. Nice place to get called sound teachers no problems with them. Only pain with the collage is the parking so you need to be at collage for half 8 really if you need parking, altho they seem to have made the overflow carpark bigger in the last few months so light be better now.
