Mobile Tyre Fitting

    I've bought 4 winter tyres and am awaiting delivery of them. I seperately bought 4 16inch alloys for them.

    Is there anyone who i could get to call out to my place (as all alloys and wheels are in apartment), to fit the tyres? any recommendations?

    or do i really need to get wheel alignment etc?

    Also there are currently 4 225/50/16 tyres on the rims, all of which seem to be in very good nick. Would i have any hope of selling these ( 2 are conit contact sports and 2 are fulcrums)?

    Even going to a garage and hoping for an offset against fitting costs?

    Thanks,

    I did get as far as that and rang a few places, who only want to call out if you buy the tyres from them.

    Plus I was more wondering about the alignment/balancing issue and whether I could possibly sell on the current tyres. I thought some may even pm me in either regard.

    The alignment (tracking to some people) will not need to be touched as you are not altering it.
    As for selling the tyres that came with the alloys, if you can get someone out to fit the tyres (they will also balance them) ask them to keep you in mind if they hear of someone looking for that size.

    Long thread here about fitting tyres supplied by the car owner ;

    Have a look through it, you might find a contact who is near to you.
