Do you know which pair you're gonna get?

If so, then check out these websites for US pricing:

    www.saks.com
    www.neimanmarcus.com

Remember though that you'll need to pay sales tax on them - as far as I can remember, Vegas tax is about 8.5%.

You can compare the prices then to Brown Thomas.

Definitely over there, Ireland is way expensive for brand name products.

    Have a nice trip :D

Over here is cheaper. Irish prices are crazy!
There's a CL store in the Venetian/Palazzo. They'll have all the stock in.

Over there, without question. BT's prices are so high compared to Saks, NM, etc

I'm sorry to burst everyone's bubbles but CL's aren't always cheaper to buy in the States.
I have bought four pairs in Vegas (The Venetian store, sales girls are a great help) in total. The first pair were nearly half the price to buy State side and the second pair were about a third cheaper to buy because of the exchange rates at the time. The other two pairs I bought on the same trip this summer and with the cost of the shoes and the sales tax added at the point of sale they actually worked out slightly more expensive than buying them in Brown Thomas. It kills me to say it and to admit it but they were cheaper here.
Two further points to bear in mind:
    1. Not all the shoes you see on line or in BT's are available in the stores in the States. This summer I had tried on the pair of shoes in BT's and was planning on buying them in Vegas. I tried the CL shop in the Venetian and then two more stores, Neimen Marcus and somewhere else in Fashion Show Mall and not one of them had them. Instead I ended up buying two different pairs in the Venetian Store.
    2. Try have your wife try them on in BT's if possible, I know it's short notice but in Vegas the humidity will make her feet swell and the liklihood is that they may fit fine in Vegas but feel too big when she gets home. This happened with my first pair but I'm a real trooper and I wear them anyway :D

In relation to the price, my best advise is to pick out what pair she'd like or choose a generic brand like Very Privee which all stores carry and call the Venetian store and ask them to price the shoe with tax for you and compare it to BT's.

I hope the information is of some use to you.

There's no humidity in Vegas! Bring a coat cuz it's cold. No chance of her feet being swollen right now.
Tax is 8.1% in Nevada so add that to your price. Neiman Marcus and Macy's are in th Fashion Show Mall across from The Venetian so you won't have to far to go to compare prices.
Ask for the store manager in the CL shop and see if he can get you a discount. If employees work on commission there they'll be more likely to accommodate you.
