I reckon it will be Christian. Edge will win the title and it will be Edge vs Christian at Wrestlemania.

    Your Thoughts ??

    Christian's not winning it.
He'll never win the Royal Rumble, nor will he ever win a real world title. Sorry :( Vince doesn't care for him or his IWC following, he loves youth (he's 37) and big guys and Christian is neither :(

Sorry to sh!t on your hopes there :pac: but Vince hates us! He might make it back just in time for the Rumble though.

Barrett would be my pick to win atm (much like Orton did in 2009, using Nexus to secure the win)

Very much doubt Christian will even be in the Rumble, never mind win it unfortunately.

I'd say the best bet might be a returning Triple H

Hunter doesn't really need it does he?

I would be cool with Del Rio, Wadeor even Jo Mo winning it.

Although looking at recent booking, its hard to see past Masters winning it, especially after his stellar performance at Survivor Series. :)

I'd like see CM Punk win it, although I'd be happy with someone new like del Rio or Barrett winning it too.

Realistically I can't see anyone outside of Orton, Cena or HHH winning it.

Edit: A returning Batista winning the Rumble would be awesome!

And since when has that ever stopped him or WWE?

Well Cena didn't ''need'' to win it a few years ago when he surprisingly returned or neither did Edge last year. Can't see them risking a Rumble win on a newcomer like Del Rio or a dweeb like Morrison.

Could maybe see Punk or perhaps even Y2J either, but my money is on Hunter.

Sheamus. He's over, doesn't need it and is winning everything these days. Perfect candidate in WWE's eyes.

Nah, as much as I love Punk, I'd rather a situation where he enters midway through the match, arising from the commentry table, spending a few moments in the ring before being eliminated quite quickly, whereby he returns to the announce table and continues on as if nothing happened...

They've done the surprise entrant winner in two of the last three years so can't see it happening again.

I think they're grooming R. Truth for a heel turn and he'd be my outside pick.

I'd say Barrett is heavy favourite to win it though.

Would love it to happen :) Edge dont work as face imo so a heel Edge V face Christian as WM would be awesome

If not Christian then Jericho winning the RR would also be good

Oh BTW Yes Christian has a following (even if I'm his only peep on here)

Idea stealer :D Are you Vince Russo in disguise? :pac:
Punk can use his on-air time to get ever more popular and maybe make a surprise entry in the Rumble (he'd make a great number 30 entry after sitting at the commentary desk all night).

Punk is not a Jerry Lawler comedy figure! Last time I mentioned Punk being number 30, somebody said that too. When Lawler did that, he lasted 4 seconds, but he was finished as an in-ring performer so it did not harm him. Punk though would be making his in-ring return in a comedy spot. Disaster!

I still think Punk is in with a great chance of being rewarded for helping out with commentary and choosing the non-surgical route. I have him up there with Sheamus and Triple as the early favourites (other than the obvious Cena, Orton, Edge, Barrett types) to win the Rumble. But it can all change before January depending on where they various angles at present go.

Edit: Also I really hope it is not Del Rio. I think the chances are pretty slim anyway, but he is definitely not ready. I have seen very little from him in the ring to show why he deserves all the hype.

I reckon the whole build up to Mania will still be the Nexus and the winner of the Rumble will be part of that storyline. Either Cena, Barrett, Orton or a returning HHH will win it imo.

No no no no no no no no!! I can't stand him. His ring work is entertaining for all of 30 seconds and his mic work irritates me more than Cena's. Plus the fact he's like 40 now suggests he won't be winning it.

His biggest push was last year at the Rumble when he eliminated both Henry and Show. That's the pinacle of his WWE career.
